A great old hotel. Very comfortable, spacious room. Quiet, and such a pleasant atmosphere. We stayed two nights and we're sorry to leave. How can you beat staying in a state park lodge? A very good dining room with excellent food and very attentive staff. If you haven't seen or been in the spring, you are really missing something - delightful!

This is a fabulous historic lodge! It was so peaceful for some rest and relaxation. My one complaint was that the AC was not working in the room. The staff were all very nice about it, and did provide us with a box fan for the evening. I will return to the Lodge again in the future.

June at the front desk was amazing. Beautiful hotel. The food was just okay(burger and potatoes were both dry), but the rest of our experience was great. Super comfy beds, even my 4 year old slept in. Such a clean place and I loved being able to soak in the tub (it was pretty deep)! We even saw turtles laying eggs.

Great lodge! Lots of super cool historical pieces. The lodge staff was fantastic, very accommodating and friendly. Room was nice, very spacious, though the coffee and food wasn’t anything to write home about. The staff and history absolutely made it worth the trip!

Such an”old Florida” experience. Played checkers in lobby. Soda shop and excellent restaurant. After the spring closes for swimmers the park comes alive with birds and squirrels. Magical. Especially when the gators start calling.

This is one of those places you go for the experience more than for a luxury stay. The lodge is vintage 1937, so historic and beautiful. Lots of marble and architectural embellishments. They're working on updating aspects of the lodge while keeping it operational. Of course you have to go for a swim in the spring and don't miss the boat tour. Worth every minute. The room was clean and quiet and maintained the Old Florida feel. Comfy bed and strong shower.

Historic hotel, beautifully preserved and maintained. Front desk staff were helpful and courteous. Very pleasant, intentionally old-fashioned room without TV, mini-fridge or coffee maker in tune with the period decor. Excellent a/c and ceiling fan however. Restaurant served good quality food and an adequate American cuisine menu at mid-level prices. Breakfast menu was the typical Southern variety, but service on our Sunday morning visit was surprisingly slow. Food was good though and reasonably priced. Wakulla Springs is a beautiful location with a famous swimming area and small beach, nature-themed boat tours and hiking/birdwatching trails. Strongly recommended.
