"Room was left unclean. Put us on bottom floor it rained and flooded the bottom floor. Lock on door wouldn't lock. The toilet leaked. No hairdryer and charged a $50 deposit that you get back in 5 to 6 days."

"You have to pay for parking now. Over 80 for 3 nights, beach service is NOT included anymore and it’s over 65 a day. They only clean rooms and restock every 3 days. Need to chase the cart down for clean towels. "

"My toilet was down they switched my room no problem. But then the TV wasn't picking up channels. They had a smart TV but you couldn't use any of the features. The wifi wasn't that good. The staff was a Kiosk machine. They was nice. They did everything to make it a pleasant stay."
