The owner is very friendly and charming. The bedroom was large with an attached bath and the room had plenty of windows. It was enjoyable to sit on the front porch and watch the world go by. The guest bedrooms are all upstairs, our room was comfortable and private. Barbee was a lovely host. She met us when we first arrived, gave us a little tour and made us feel at home. She was thoughtful to ask in advance if we had any dietary restrictions for breakfast. She served us cheesy scrambled eggs, bacon, and a biscuit, all plated on a pretty old china dish. There was also a bowl of fresh cut fruit on the table that you served yourself. The pantry off the dining room had a fridge stocked with sodas, juice, milk and had cereal available. The location is great too. We never moved our car after check in. We walked to all the downtown attractions, farmers market, shows, restaurants, shops and nightlife.
