Vigna Nuova Apartment

Top floor apartment, historic building notified by fine arts. Prestigious neighborhood, a few steps from the Arno and Palazzo Strozzi. Moved apartment, on several levels, with stairs outside and inside. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility, or children under 12. The house is on several levels, consisiting of entrance hall, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchenette. Apartment with tuscan flavor, terracotta floors and glimpses of rooftops. Vintage with style.


Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged. . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Fantastic location and great accomodation

Lovely and clean, located very centrally in Florence with everything in easy walking distance. Apartment was a lovely size with plenty of space in each room. Air conditioning worked very well, which was a must in the middle of summer! Would absolutely stay here again.
