The toilet across the corridor from my room, not convenient at all, vey noisy in the morning people talking and the noise of snatched doors, no reception after 3pm , the room is smaller than what you see on the website and at reservation did not mensiined of the washroom across the corridor from the room

it was a good stay. no complaints. the staff was very helpful and gave good instructions on how to self-check-in. the only kinda sorta not great thing was that our unit did not have a bathroom and so there was a separate private bathroom across the hall. just a bit inconvenient, but in all, not bad. i would stay here again.

I liked the location. Dont expect luxury but it was okay for the price. Bed was hard mattress, but luckily my stay was only for 2 nights.

Although this was far from the Ritz, Hotel Florentia was conveniently located, very safe with 3 different locks/codes to get to the room, and very clean. Not big at all but perfect for what we needed - a clean bed and a good shower. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful property owners! So helpful. Property is in a safe area with lots to do in walking distance. We walked to all the hot spots (duomo, ponte Vecchio, Uffizi gallery, David, etc) without issue. Highly recommend

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questa struttura. Daniel ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per il soggiorno. Stanza piccola, ma molto deliziosa e accogliente. Dopo tanti anni di lavoro in b&b è impossibile non ispezionare una camera. Era tutto molto , ma molto pulito e profumato. Bagno super pulito dotato con tutto l’occorrente per l’igiene. Struttura ben posizionata, 6 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Santa Maria Novella. Grazie allo staff per questa bellissima esperienza.
