Apartment is confortable and very well situated. You can cover the best by foot. Piazza, museum, church, bridges. Florence contain so many stunning works of art in such a small space.
Lots if stairs should you wish to avoid the lift.
Unless you get an apartment facing the piazza, the views are not so great.
It is functional but lacks essential items such as condiments (salt, pepper at least) toaster, microwave. A washer/ dryer Would have been nice.
Shower is dated so is the couch.
Decoration of the bedroom is nice and the bed confortable. Blinds works for lazy morning.
Electricity is expensive in Italy so Corridors have light switches. Use them not to stumble or take a wrong turn.
Note the Lift is minuscule and very slow. Piazza is beautiful but eat in smaller streets and learn how to avoid tourist traps, you will have memorable and far more delicious meals Your wallet will also thank you.
Something about Florence, buildings and restrooms have an odour.
We could hear guests/ tenants from neighbouring buildings, however they are very conscientious and it stops around 22/ 23:00 Room tip ... ask for an apartment, not a studio, request to have a Bathtub and a flat facing the Piazza for a view.
