"Great location: 5 min walk from train station, 2 min walk to mercato centrale, 10 min walk to duomo and 15min walk to ponte vecchio.
Lots of shopping, restaurants, souvenir stores and convenience stores all around.
Staff: super friendly front desk staff, cleaning and kitchen crew. They all went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were happy and that everything we needed was done. They even surprised my little kids with free snacks and balloons which made them feel super special.
