Our mattress was so old you could feel the coils and then I realized one was stabbing me on the back through a Hole in the mattress!!!! Can’t believe they change the beds each day and do not replace it. Photos are not what you see online. Very messy and dirty. They slapped wallpaper up for a renovation. Do not recommend glad we only had two nights there.

Great location. Room was decent value for the rate. Clean. Some interesting design decisions - including the placement of a bidet in the very limited space between the toilet and the sink...precluding the ability to stand in front of either. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The pictures on the website are not comparable to the actual staff of the hotel. Hotel is old and not clean. The wallpaper is falling from the walls. The location is excellent and the staff was very good.

So easy. The location is great. Rooms are simple but comfortable. They held our bags after check-out so we could continue to explore without luggage. Everything you need to enjoy the city with ease.

Amazing location. 2 minute walk to bus and tram stations and Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore. Staff was great room was cute with view of streets below. They provide a map and you are able to book tours with front desk. Parts of hotel are still under renovation but nonetheless, great place to stay for the money.

Property is in a very good location near the train station. Rooms are clean and the WiFi has decent speed. The only negative thing is the bathroom vanity was loose.

The room was really cute and the location was fantastic! The staff were friendly and very helpful. There were a few cosmetic blemishes on the walls, but there was nothing alarming or preventing our wonderful stay.

This was the worst hotel I have ever experienced in my life. In short, we arrived, there was extremely loud construction going on - someone was electrically sanding down the walls, we dropped our bag in the back where there was no security (wouldn't risk leaving anything of value there), we checked in later and they double booked our room so we entered our room and there was someones stuff already there, the room didn't look anything like the pictures, it smelled, was humid and felt disgusting. There was no air conditioning. We went down the stairs and the lights were flickering/strobbing with a buzzing noise straight out of a thriller movie, the toilet in the hallway had no lock and was filthy. Luckily, the gentleman apologized for double booking us and moved us to a hotel nearby for no extra charge. I will never stay at a 2 star hotel in my life.

Sono restato piacevolmente sorpreso dalla camera e dal bagno ben arredati in stile moderno. Ottima la pulizia, comodo il letto. Unico appunto, pur essendoci la doppia finestra, si sentiva un po il rumore della strada ma non disturbava.

Só recomendo se seu orçamento for baixo
Quarto confortável, atendimento bom e ótima localização. Senti muito tremor no chão do quarto e na cama, não sei se era por causa das obras no hotel ou por outro motivo. As janelas não tinham cortina, então pedimos lençóis na recepção para prendermos nelas. O acesso ao quarto é confuso e as informações não são claras; o elevador nos deixava ainda muito longe do nosso quarto e os caminhos são sinuosos e estreitos, com muitas escadas subindo e descendo.

エクスペディアの地図の場所が違っているので注意してください。(少し北) さらに現在の正式名も違っているので注意してください。(一応デコの看板は出ていますが入口には別のホテル名が記載されていて地図にもそのホテル名で表示) 施設は外側とは違いとても綺麗な室内で立地もいいのでとてもお勧めです。 見た目の割に立地と部屋の綺麗さはかなりレベル高いです

I book 2 single rooms for 3 days . Excelent position . The door hotel "deco" was closed . I passed a door hotel espania or something like this . I saw the reseption and the 2 rooms . I felt awful and i went . I couldnt stay there . I went .

Si entra dalla porta a fianco a quella dell'insegna, (che ha un'insegna con un altro nome di Hotel). Ho suonato davanti alla porta del Deco più volte prima che dalla reception venissero ad aprirmi accorgendosi di me. Alla reception personale gentile e disponibile. All'interno un labirinto di corridoi, si sono impegnati a mettere cartelli indicanti le direzioni da seguire ma non è sufficiente, credo andrebbero ridistribuiti totalmente gli spazi in maniera più ordinata e soprattutto sicura. Mi chiedo infatti quali siano le vie di fuga in caso di emergenza. L'ho scelto per il prezzo, ma vista la stanza, probabilmente anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo non era soddisfatto.Sembrava abbastanza pulito anche se le condizioni inizialmente avevano fatto pensare al contrario. Consigliato per una notte o due "low cost" altrimenti meglio in ostello con spazi condivisi ma con maggiore risparmio.

O quarto não era limpo de verdade, mas apenas trocado as toalhas e arrumada a cama. Também não tinha cortina no quarto e era um problema. A localização é excelente, o quarto tinha um frigobar e o atendimento na recepção foi bom. Enquanto eu estive hospedada, estavam havendo reformas e acredito que em breve o ambiente (que é muito antigo) ficará excelente
