We loved everything about this property, especially the central location. Navigating Florence from this apartment was perfect! The best part was we were able to store our luggage on our last day while we visited the museums.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4 on a short trip Florence. The location, down the street from the Duomo, was ideal. The apartment has heated floors, a very nice large bathroom, kitchenette, pull out sofa and loft with queen size bed. We had way more space than we would have had in a hotel and it was fun to feel like we had our own space. Design was fun & eclectic. I hope we can return!

We adored this property. The location could not be beat as it was steps from the Duomo and The Accademia, and a tremendous number of restaurants. But it really was the design and lay out of this property that shone. The home was fully loaded with all necessary amenities (dish washer, washing machine, coffee maker, etc). And the loft lay out allowed us to accommodate 2 kids and 2 adult sleeping arrangements very comfortably. I would give more than 5 stars for this beautiful space.

Beautiful property. A nice soak in the tub. The washer was great. The beds, even the couch, were very comfortable. It was decorated well. Great location. Clean. Quiet. A family of 6 is a bit tight. Not a deal breaker but a little frustrating those times when cooking for a larger group and pots and pans meant to accommodate four people. Table for 4 as well. Checking in was a bit scary when they were 20 minutes late. Honestly thought for a moment that we were scammed and needed to find other accommodations. But all worked out. With that said they were very responsive during stay with any questions we had so I dont think it's a common occurrence of being late. I would stay again but probably not with all 6 of us.

Great hotel!!!
Great location! Great staff! Stayed in a studio for the week. We then had one night in the penthouse suite which was fabulous! The decor and artwork were amazing. Would highly recommend this hotel!

I want to go back there now!
Great location! It located between Academia and Santa Maria del Fiore. There is a little cafe on a corner nearby which has great staff and serves wonderful food.

Our family stayed in the Blue Klein apartment. It was beautiful! Clean, modern, great location. It had direct secured access to the elevator from within the living room. To top it off, Silvia was simply marvelous. We will surely be back again.

Amazing stay all around. Received an efficient and informative greeting and tour of our apartment when we arrived. The building interior was quite lovely and up to date, with elevators that open into individual units. The building is in a vibrant neighbourhood near the cathedral and many museums, with lots of dining options and grocery options nearby. Plenty of room in the unit for 2 people, with modern fixtures, a comfortable bed, and large shower. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Florence.

Property Mgr Rep Silvie is awesome. Friendly, punctual, helpful, great recommendations on restaurants. Property is close to many great Florence museums, restaurants, and sites. Apartment well-appointed, clean, modern, and fun. We appreciated the welcome bottle of wine and water bottles. Careful on the loft ceiling beam above the bed though!

Great apartment, and amenities. I was hoping to stay in the loft, but the apartment I had was quite nice. They even have a washer with a really efficient spin cycle, so drying was very easy.

Silvia is an outstanding host! She was there to greet us upon our arrival and took her time showing us through the apt. The apt itself is immaculate - very clean, comfortable beds. We didn’t use the stove or oven or dish washer but kitchen has basics including cups, glasses, cutlery and electric tea kettle for the morning coffee. Location is outstanding - in the middle of The David and the Duomo. Highly recommend!

Excellent apartment I would say. The picture doesn’t do justice, it is so much better in real life. Amenities they provided was 5 star and Juan was very helpful in giving tips around Firenze. We had such a lovely stay and really enjoyed our apartment we wish we stay longer.

Overall pretty good. Location is convenient - Duomo was just a 5 minute walk and there are grocery stores nearby. The silence in the room was a little deafening.

superb apartments in Florence!
Our apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. The location is superb, a short 2 minute strole to the Duomo! The building of the apartments is very secure. The apartment has a modern and clean look and feel too. Would recommend this to anyone and would definitely consider staying again if I came to Florence. Silvia, who checked us in was very nice and informative - she recommended two restaurants that were really, really good! We were very happy overall

Wonderful apartment!

Beautiful apartment is an excellent area. Quiet street near everything. Host was excellent. Apartment was new and had everything we needed. Enough space for a family of 5. We’ll stay here again if we are fortunate enough to visit Florence again!

We greatly appreciated the welcome and the building was PERFECT! Highly recommended. We arrived a little early but had a place to rest while we waited for our apartment. Communication was excellent and the apartment location could not be any better. We were close to so many attractions and dining. We are going back to Florence in the Summer of 2020 and are keeping our fingers crossed that we can stay again at Florence Art Apartments.

Wonderful apartment!
The apartment is absolutely beautiful clean and spacious. Great location right between Duomo and David. We walked everywhere. A little difficult to arrange ride to train station upon exit as there is no one onsite, and road closed that day. Overall, it was a great stay and would definitely stay again!
