Заселили нас на час раньше (мы приехали раньше времени заселения, хотели только оставить багаж и идти гулять). Персонал очень дружелюбный. Номер просторный, комфортный, широкая удобная кровать. Большое зеркало, вместительные шкафы. Интернет работал прекрасно. Из минусов - очень громкий слив унитаза, ночью спустить воду - потом от грохота уснуть сложно. Но, по большому счету это пустяк. Just steps to the Duomo and all the history of Florence. If you are going for the room this is not your place.
