The location is perfect - close to the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi and all the Florence has to offer. A very comfortable and functional room, though all we did was sleep there after walking all over the city everyday!

The property is a bit hard to find. You must go 200ft further than listed address. Also it was not noted that the fridge is a mini bar - all other places in Italy was not this way so items are not complimentary. Location to sites were great and close to weekend markets.

The place was very nice, the room was small but cozy and perfectly equipped. The ladies of the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The only thing was that at arrival we couldn’t locate the property. Front desk Ladies helped and everything was fine.

Wonderful room in the perfect location. We were lucky to book the day we stayed and everything was smooth. Beautiful bathroom with all the amenities and a bedroom with two large windows and a cozy bed. The coffee machine in our room even made good coffee! It was nicely updated and very safe with one keypad to unlock the main door and then two keycard doors to open before reaching our room. We were excited to find we could leave our luggage there after checking out and go get it in the evening. Would stay here again for sure!

I love the small/boutique hotel feel to this hotel that the size, location, and super friendly staff create but I love even more the very clean high end feel to the rooms and amenities.

Location was perfect, couldn’t have been better with everything in walking distance. Felt very safe and the staff was very responsive when we needed something. Staff were very nice and helpful! Only thing was there is a night club across the narrow street that is open three nights a week, and it got loud. So just be prepared. Will definitely stay here again as it was so central to what I needed.

Little Gem in Florence
This boutique hotel is wonderful. The room was nice and clean and they were very accommodating with our needs. The location is also amazing and hard to beat. Although the hotel is not a large facility, it doesnt lack anything that we needed and I enjoyed it more than large chains that I normally stay at. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was centrally located near the Arno River, Piazza della Signoria, and the Ponte Vecchio. The room was spacious, warm, bright, and airy. The bed was comfortable and cozy. Check in was seamless and quick. K & G were very friendly, very accommodating, attentive, helpful and welcoming. I will definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful hotel. It is up-to-date and modern and, at the same time, it preserves elements of the old Florentine building it is in. The room was very clean and comfortable, the location is perfect, and Kate and Giulia are very friendly, helpful hosts.

Great place and convenient location. The rooms were great and it was a fantastic location. We had a lot of trouble getting taxis and Kate was so helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Bathrooms were a nice size.

Excellent stay because of exceptional and friendly
Comfortable, clean, spacious, reliable and friendly services. We need a taxi for the airport at 4am and need to have the front desk, Kate and Julie to call. The taxi driver was at the door by 4am 👍

It was a little hotel, recently refurbished, so, everything it's in excellent condition. The manager Kate, was very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent and the amenities as well. Definitely would stay there again.

Everything was excellent except the last night we were there. Outside was a nightclub and it was noisy until 2AM. This made it impossible to sleep until the noise abated.

Great little hotel, if you need to use the elevator I wouldn’t recommend as it’s very slow and small. But it was fine for our visit, clean spacious rooms. And the staff was very friendly

Thanks for your opinion! We are happy that your stay was pleasant. Regarding our elevator, we always give an explanation about it to all our guests. Our lift is very modern but since our building is located in a very ancient building, it was not possible to purchase a fast lift because space does not allow it. You can always meditate or relax while going up :) to the third floor.You are always welcome!

We spent the last 3 nights at Atelier delle Grazie. It is very well situated in the heart of Florence. The hotel has been renovated and our room was comfortable and spacious. The managers, Kate and Giulia, were very attentive and helpful. We will stay here again when back in Florence!

We had a wonderful stay. Location was wonderful....close for walking to attractions. Room was clean and comfortable....was a little noisy at times from room above us. We were on floor 1. Staff was very friendly. Note that property is listed as a Bed and Breakfaat but there is no food/ breakfast available at the property. Great location. We enjoyed our stayr stay in Florence

Great little boutique hotel
Incredible room in a fabulous location. A bit tricky to find but worth it. There is the worlds tiniest elevator but it does the trick for moving suitcases! Comfie beds and superior linens. The hotel is small and staff is helpful but be aware that the desk is not attended after 5 pm. Be sure and get your codes for entry before your arrival.
