Everything was great wonderful hotel great breakfast

Super welcome, fantastic 'Tower Room'. There is only one such room and it has panoramic views of Salzburg and environs. Breakfast, service, friendliness all first rate. A small hike out of town, but well worth it!

Fabulous family run hotel. We had a great 3 night break there in a lovely setting. Quiet but close to Salzburg for the airport.

Very comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. We swam in the lake on both days and walked round the lake which was very beautiful.

The room was clean and well presented, lots of space, I stayed in the double classic and the beds were very comfy. The staff were always happy to help with questions and worked with a smile and nothing was too much. We arrived back late hungry after an event and they even cooked us a snack. The food was always full of flavour and freshly cooked and would advise eating at the restaurant if you get chance. We booked a massage and the guy was great, the massage too. Great location friendly staff and great view

Absolutely faultless. This family run hotel offers a masterclass in hospitality and was a highlight of our holiday. Wonderful breakfast and dinner. Nothing too much trouble for the staff.

Clean comfortable room, helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast and dinner. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good service. Great facilities. Everything you want from a hotel. Air in the rooms would be nice though. It was 38 degrees when I stayed stayed.

Wonderful welcoming stay here. Luxury feel. Nothing too much trouble. We spoke little German, staff were all very helpful speaking English. Our room was yet to be renovated so a little dated but the rest of the hotel Was excellent. Lakeside terrace was really special.

Clean rooms and great breakfast. Very helpful staff. The tickets to city centre is a lifesaver

We were blown away by the service, resort facilities, environment, food, room, attention to detail, everything at this resort and would have no hesitation in returning - we loved our 7 days there

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The hotel entrance creates an excellent first impression with a welcoming atmosphere and stylish decor that immediately sets a high standard. The dining experience was outstanding, and the breakfast was particularly impressive, offering a great selection of high-quality food and attentive service. The only aspect that fell slightly short of expectations was the room itself. While it was clean, comfortable, and perfectly functional, it lacked the character,...
