Great wee hotel, food was very good and room was clean

This hotel is amazing. It’s the best 5 star we have stayed at. The hotel staff are so welcoming and always there to help you. The views are just incredible, we booked a panoramic room and it was definitely worth it. The pools are lovely and the restaurants excellent. The breakfast has everything you could possibly want! Everything is excellent quality and is a lot more reasonably priced than a five star in the UK.

A wonderful hotel full of character, with lovely staff and very clean. My room was huge, although I cannot comment if all rooms were of a similar size. The food was excellent and the quiet location was lovely. The only criticism I have is that my stay was only 2 days- I wish I stayed longer!

What a lovely hotel, pleasant and helpful staff. Always smiling and helping with an information you need. Great location. Only 5 minute walk from main shopping area and 10 minutes from the old town. Will certainly be returning.

From the moment we arrived until the time we left,Roland was the perfect host.The service from every member of staff was excellent-efficient but also friendly.The food was first class but there are also numerous cafes and restaurants within a five minute walk.The location on the lake was perfect.We could not fault the hotel in any way.

Great staff great breakfast and location, pool new and modern! Could do with a fridge in room and air conditioning though! Only complaint! Especially a fridge.

Solo stay. Have been in bad Ischl many times but this was the first time I actually stayed there. Great location and great hotel. Really nice staff.

Excellent breakfast. We especially appreciated being able to rent e-bikes directly from the hotel, including options for children. It made it easy for us to enjoy some fantastic, family-friendly trails in the surrounding area.
