"We were a group of 6 adults and 5 children (2 families and 2 grandparents). There was plenty of room for everyone with the number of beds in the 3 large bedrooms. Bunk beds were put in one of the rooms which worked well. "AC not working, took very long for the staff to help out and only after I insisted they finally change me to different room. But that room looks old and cheaper/lower quality than the one I initially booked. It's hostel level far from 4-star."

"Beautiful hotel. Clean. Comfortable bed. We stayed during a heatwave and our room never got cool. After two sleepless nights we had to switch rooms and were given a new room which was much cooler. However the shower was difficult to get into because the tub was very high, and only one bar to hold on. I managed but it could be a safety issue for some. I called room service to order a pot of coffee to the room and they had me hold on and then said it was 10:31 AM and they stop serving coffee at 10:30. Then someone came to my room with one cup of coffee.? Aside from the few glitches, this is a beautiful place to stay, convenient location, near to restaurants and shopping. They try their best to accommodate your needs and everyone is very pleasant and courteous. I would definitely stay here again but I’d check the AC in the room first."

"Room was clean but very outdated, they gave us room right next to another room where they where doing renovations, all you could hear was construction and drilling noises which started at 7 AM every day during our stay, AC did not work we had to request a fan to keep the room cooled, no mini fridge. For a 4 star hotel I would expect better."
