"This house is just perfect, in all ways. The location is amazing everything is 10-15 minutes or less. My 3 kids enjoyed the bunk beds and toys (didn’t know they had toys this was a plus) in the house and the backyard. The house itself is so cute with the older appliances yet updated modern feel I loved it. The two cons I would say they had was just the one tv and bathroom in the house. "We had my family (wife and three adult kids), son-in-law, parents and mother-in-law all at the house and it never felt small. We felt welcomed the minute we walked into the house with some nice touches like a snack basket in the kitchen. It was very comfortable. "This property was located only a little over 3 miles from Henningsen Lotus park. 20 minutes from old town Placerville to grab a great meal and shopping. The views are beautiful. Many birds to see, deer in the area. It was the perfect time of year to visit. The patio grill made it so nice to cook up some steaks and have a good dinner, which provided us with more time to visit with family. Beds are comfy, seating was comfy. A great find in this area! We hope to be back next year ."
