"All areas of the Hotel were clean,selection at breakfast was good and when asked the staff were happy to refill an item if empty. Only one gripe I ordered a Mediterranean Pizza on our last night we were in a party of four who had also ordered pizzas when mine was given to me it was lacking feta topping and taziki dressing I referred the matter to the young waiter and he took it away he returned and said it would be 4/5 mins wait which I agreed to. The exact same pizza was brought back still lacking the additional toppings as my party was waiting for me before starting there's I accepted it as it was not the waiters fault but I was disappointed with the service."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. The staff were very polite and accommodated all of the requests I made before our arrival. Our room was very quiet, and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever experienced in a hotel. The hotel is very centrally located and within easy walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and local amenities, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. During our stay, we visited the rooftop bar, which was beautifully decorated and had a lovely atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend staying here."

"The hotel is in lovely grounds by the River Avon & has lots of parking space. The location is within easy reach by car of Kenilworth, Stoneleigh Abbey, Leamington Spa and Warwick. The room was quiet and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is a bit small but fine if not many are using it. Breakfast is a bit expensive if you pay for it separately and a bit early for us, during the week, but there was a good selection in the buffet and menu, although you had to pay extra for some dishes. The dinner was tasty although my fish dish was a bit salty. The hotel isn't very eco friendly. There were little water bottles in the bedroom & we were given more the second day. I saw a trolley full of them. This is a lot of plastic waste. There is no need for plastic water bottles: wevfilled our own water bottles with water from the bar. Also, although we were encouraged to not discard barely used towels, one of my towels was uneccessarily replaced."

"Clean room. Looks like I stayed in a brand new renovated room. There is a lot of building work being done with the lift to my floor being out so had to walk the rest of the way up stairs which wasn’t a big issue for me."

"Our room was just great. Plenty big enough for an 8 day stay. Everything worked and the TV was fine. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot and powerful enough, despite a few stray shoots of water from the rear where it was not best coupled. The bathroom showed some signs of tiredness. There were signs of water damage and the mirror though good enough, had edges showing de-silvering. The reception staff and management were so helpful and friendly. We were really impressed by the attidude show and felt well looked after. The position of the hotel in Shirley is excellent. The Saracens Head pub in front is handy and very good likewise. Overall, we felt the hotel was excellent value for money and gave us a brilliant stay. Highly recommended!"

"Great situation with its own underground car park; not that easy to find on first lap, as I was alone, but just before the steps to reception on the left……£10 charge was is fine. A bit tired from the outside and needs a bit of TLC, but room was fine and…..roomy!! Breakfast not worth bothering with, as just cold Continental, but so close to town, so other options? Great value for position and practicality; helpful SA gent on reception on arrival - would revisit for sure, but don’t use if trying to create an impression!!"

"The hotel was a good base for where I needed to be and had nice relaxing swim in the pool."
