Fantastic for a business trip - great location and great facilities - also a work space area next to the reception which saved me trudging through the rain to an office. Big clean room and great food and drink options

We stayed in 'the level' which is their executive bit. Much nicer than the standard rooms which I've stayed in before and were terrible. Good customer service Great concierge Beautiful illy coffee Close to Euston st, st Pancras and the tube is literally across the road. It's a Spanish hotel though so none of the staff are native English speakers. I did find myself having to explain myself and repeat things a lot because of the language barrier. Eg, not knowing the different between olive oil and...

The room was a great size (for London) and was immaculately presented. The bed was comfy enough (mattress a bit too firm for my liking, but this is personal taste). I only really used the kitchen for a brew and to keep a couple of drinks chilled in the fridge, but it seemed to have all the basics. The bathroom was also clean & modern with a great shower - lots of hot water. The TV in the room also included smart features so you can watch iPlayer, etc which was handy, and the WiFi in the room...

Room was modern and decorated beautifully, this was my second time staying here and will definitely be returning. The room and building was clean and extremely quiet. The hotel is just around the corner from Euston station and Warren Street. There were shops about 1 minute away and suitcase storage as you can’t check in until 2:30/3pm. You will receive emails and a text on how to check in/check out. Thank you for another lovely stay.

Last minute booking due to Eurostar cancellation so 10 min walk from St Pancras station the staff were super helpful and friendly our room was basic but spotlessly clean and great breakfast in the morning highly recommend.

Perfect location! Close to two underground stations making it so easy to travel around London. It’s really close to the main train stations too. Lots of cafes close by too. The room was really clean and had all the essentials you could need. The building was well secured and we always felt safe. We stayed during a heatwave and the room even had A/C! I would definitely stay again.

Stayed here multiple times and have never had an issue. The rooms are very modern and up-to-date, and not tiny like some other hotels nearby (that are a comparable price). Definitely would recommend, and will be staying here again.

For our 4 day trip to London we wanted somewhere convenient both for accessing the sights and our arrival / departure station. This was spot on - no more than 5 minutes walk from Euston station, Euston Square and Warren Street underground stations. We also wanted a base, not a 'living space' - and again it was spot on. A small bedroom but with good storage in a large wardrobe and lots of shelves; a compact but very usable en-suite toilet / shower-room; and a small but very well equipped kitchen....

Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.
