Charming cottage located 12km from the town center of Aix-les-Bains and the beach (Lac du Bourget, the largest natural lake in France) and 18km from the slopes of Revard. La Féclaz family resort and its Nordic site 28km away (Savoie Grand Revard). In the heart of the Aix countryside at the gates of the Regional Natural Park of the Massif des Bauges (splendid wild and preserved territory). Ideally located between "cities", lakes and "mountains", between the cluses of Aix-les-Bains and Annecy (and their respective lakes, including Annecy, recognized worldwide for the purity of its waters and its majestic site). Very close to the hiking trails of the "Tour des Bauges" and "Tour du lac d'Annecy" connected to the GR96\. Vast common natural ground nestled in a preserved rural setting (paradise for children!).
