Even before checking in, I send out out a question and they responded quickly. The front desk was very helpful and the AC in the rooms were great. The kitchen is well equipped too. The bathtub is a bit tall, anyone with climbing problems should be aware.

Walking up to the hotel, I would never imagined the inside. While cozy, it is beautifully decorated. Moody and elevated. The staff was very kind. I instantly was grateful for the air conditioning and the free water available in the lobby and room. The room is small but efficient and elegant. Breakfast was excellent. I loved having plenty of gluten free foods to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was helpful, place was clean. The breakfast was adequate.

Beautiful Chateaux. Rooms and updated with beautiful decoration. We had a Junior Suite, which was quite large and had many windows. Very pleasant. The only down-side was the shower arrangement. No enclosed shower area, only a Tub on top of which the spray shower can be attached. As a result all of the water ended up on the floor! Also the faucets could use an update, as they sprayed in a jet like fashion causing the water to splash all over. There was no A/C, but fortunately during our stay in late July, the temperature was very pleasant, and there was no need for A/C. Bed was a little hard and uneven. (could use an update). Convenient free parking on the grounds available. Surrounding pastural areas and views were lovely. Breakfast was high quality and very good.
