The hotel was beautiful, spotlessly clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained. Every little detail was taken care of, and the service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing and unforgettable experience. We would definitely love to return!

we had a suite which was well maintained and had everything we needed (dishwasher , washing machine , iron + board etc.) .. a home from home ! Cleaned daily by a lovely bunch of people. The staff were polite and always helpful , even at 4:30 am when we had to leave ! The beach was nice and only a short walk down the hill with a couple of nice cafes overlooking the beach. The hotel has a decent restaurant with regular nights of entertainment (including saxophone , rock'n'roll , pop music...

Beautiful hotel, the Manero bar is stunning, rooms and hotel immaculate. Only minor was the hot breakfast buffet was cold.

The hotel is stunning and the staff are truly amazing This is possibly the best hotel in marbella It’s a short trip into Banus but is uber chic and luxurious Definitely one to try as an alternative to puente ramono

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and friendly staff. Right in the heart of Marbella.Great access to public transport and walks on the promenade and the lovely old town. What a location .Definitely recommend.

The hotel is modern which is why we chose it for our stay. Reception staff was very welcoming and polite. Our room was spacious enough and very clean. The location of this hotel is also great-close to the old town,the beach and bars and restaurants. At the same time we didn't experience any noise from the street. We haven't had breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment. The rooftop bar is very nice but could be improved with little snacks provided with drinks such as nuts,crisps or olives....

We just got back from here yesterday after having a lovely relaxing 3 days.Very friendly and clean hotel.Its family run so it’s got that personal touch.Dont let the few bad reviews on trip advisor put you off.I suspect they were done by jealous women against the very lovely lady who owns the hotel.

Fantastic stay. Very nice hotel rooms, staff and food. Breakfast buffet has a big variety of cooked or continental. Pool area is very relaxed with plenty of loungers and you are allowed to take drinks into the pool if you'd like. We also played all three 18-hole courses on offer. Europa/America were top quality, challenging whilst not too long. Totally relaxing holiday, excellent hotel and location

Had an amazing stay at The Flag for a week. It was the perfect peaceful stay as a solo woman traveller. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the whole area felt safe. Will be returning soon!

Perfect traditional property in the heart of the old town. Easy check in. Rooms comfortable and clean. Enjoyed very much for an overnight stay.

We have been before and it was fantastic and nothing has changed. A wonderful and well run hotel and we will be going back as often as possible.

We had asked for a room with a view and boy did we get it! We sat on our veranda for hours, had our lunch there and had a long listen to the waves breaking before going to bed. Just glorious! Staff very professional.photocopied maps for us for each day of Holy Week pageants. Organised taxis and were fun to spend time with. Cleaning staff efficient and considerate.
