The village was quiet and so pretty, the room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable, we were really well looked after and made to feel so welcome, breakfast was amazing every morning and nothing was to much trouble,
I would recommend a stay here instead of being in busy York
And the chocolate brownies they sell in the coffee shop are something special as well as their own blend of coffee

I love the design of the Indigo hotels and this one is no different. Staff very friendly. Location good with lots of bars, restaurants and independent shops nearby. (The Spanish restaurant across the road is really friendly as we popped in for a glass of fizz. ) would definitely recommend it

A near perfect stay at Delta hotels. The food, staff and pool were perfect. The only minus was the room’s bathroom which desperately needs an upgrade. Otherwise a great hotel next to the racecourse with a beautiful walk down the river into York. Would definitely come back.

What a beautiful hotel next to the river a nice walk to the centre of York. Staff so friendly and helpful clean and comfortable apartment. With everything you wanted in a
apartment. We even asked to have a look at the 2 bedroom penthouse suite and was given a guided tourer, we will book the penthouse suite on our next visit with friends. And with free tea/coffee in the lobby. A great 2 nights stay could not ask for more.

We had a 4 night stay to celebrate my birthday. What a beautiful place the Burtonstone inn is. A moden pub with 8 letting rooms. All the rooms are 1st floor with ensuite. Some have extra beds for kids to share. All are well thought out with nice modern touches.
Water , tea, coffee, etc. Hair drier , tv and free wifi. Are all provided. The owners and staff are very friendly and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. 10/15 minutes walk to city center and its many interests, sites , shops...

Nice room, really clean, big TV and great shower. Bed was a bit low, but otherwise room was excellent. Breakfast was good if a bit chaotic at times and the service was generally good & friendly (with the notable exception of one young waitress at breakfast, who has a poor attitude). Great location to explore York. Would happily stay here again.

I was a solo traveller, from the UK, and wanted to take a staycation due to international covid restrictions. I can tell you, I really enjoyed my stay at the Little Hide. Checkin was unmanned but it was very easy. You just take your booklet which is pinned ot the board with your name on. This gives you access to your pod key which is secured outside your pod.
The pod was so cozy. It's only a 2star rated site, but that's part of the fun of camping IMO. The bathrooms were clean and the staff...

My apartment was perfect, clean and cosy. Hotel not far from town and local supermarkets around the corner . I loved every bit and the cleaning staff was amazing.
