I was attending a family funeral in the Des Plaines area and stayed in the avid. I’ve been here before and it remains a clean modern hotel. Breakfast has improved a bit since last October with more hot options now.

Great location from O’Hare airport (about 10 minute taxi ride) and great location to the L-Train (Rosemont - about 15 minute walk away). Staff were super helpful and kind! Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast had lots of options.

Nice location, room was huge with a balcony. Had a large workstation, 2 TVs and sofa. Very quiet location but a 5 minute drive from restaurants and shops

Hotel, very covenient for the airport with free shuttle transfer. Breafast, good selection, cooked or continental. My room was very clean, quiet and spacious. Hotel staff, very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Casino, 5 minute walk. McDonalds, 20 minute walk or they do deliver. Excellent stay.

Hotel staff were really pleasant and helpful, managed to find Premier LEague football match for me in the bar which was ideal. Rooms clean, recently re-furbed I think. Only downside is the breakfast is served from a cafe/bar area so not fresh cooked breakfasts. Just heated up toasties/sandwiches, or continental style food. Edible for a couple of days but not for a week. Shuttle bus also handy to take you to local places.

Clean room, very spacious. Easy to walk to CTA to get to downtown. The free shuttle from airport was great. If need accessible transfer make sure you book this in advance as only send this if it has been requested.

Excellent service, big room, comfy bed, great air con. A little tired, but I don't care for a bed for the night.
