Lovely hotel with amazing views and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and staff replenishing things all the time. Sunloungers, jacuzzi, sauna and easy access to walks in the hills with lower temperatures than on the coast. Would definitely go again and would highly recommend.

Where do I begin? An absolutely superb hotel located up in the hills not too far from the beach. The hotel had breathtaking views and they had clearly invested a lot to make it look absolutely sublime. I thoroghly enjoyed the Asian style decor which was consistent throughout the whole hotel. One of the nicest places I've stayed at. Staff were really friendly, always asking if we needed anything. And rooms were really nice, we had a sea view room which was amazing. Beds were really comfortable and everything was really organised. They also had a lot of information at reception about excursions and which places to visit, they were able to order you a taxi or you could use the free shuttle service they had. So impressed. Will be visiting again.

Brilliant for those wanting to explore the volcanic area. Quiet and excellent star gazing. Food a little expensive but good quality. Very romantic,I proposed here.

Lovely rooms with a swim up pool, perfect for privacy peace and tranquility! Great breakfast each morning and views were just breathtaking! Staff friendly and all went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay! Room cleaned twice a day and the place was modern x ideal get away for a couple or someone just wanting some peace and quiet. Local shop and bars about 5-10mins away in taxi, a little too far to walk!

I checked into the hotel over the new year break. From walking into reception on the 1st day I could not fault the hotel. Good Location,recently refurbished, friendly polite staff, clean, good food. Plenty to see and do in local area. The big plus being an adults only hotel.

Service is on point, really amazing staff. Lorena at reception was very helpful. Rooms are nice and spacious. Pool staff were so nice, especially Ginscar. Breakfast could be better, the sausages were very oily and the hollandaise sauce on the eggs royal was not hollandaise, expect better from the Ritz. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room on the second day sadly, think there might have been a confusion when we asked them to come back later.

Received complimentary champagne on arrival. Staff were helpful and informative providing map of hotel, luggage was carried to rooms for us and room on arrival was spotless and beautiful. Exactly as pictured! Staff were a little slow to respond to our call about changing of bedding but other than that, were attentive and helpful. Stayed here for a week, and honestly? Not bad at all. The place is clean, the staff are friendly as hell, and the apartments are bigger than my student flat—kitchen, living area, balcony, the whole deal. Great if you’re not into cramming into a hotel room like sardines. Pool’s decent, gym’s basic but usable, and there’s a mini-market on-site for when you’re too hungover to trek down the hill. Speaking of which… that hill? It’s a calf-buster. Be prepared to hike or rely on the free shuttle...

This hotel is overall fantastic. The service is first class and it's spotlessly clean. There is no beach as such although there are two a short walk away. Food and drink at the hotel is expensive but there are several restaurants close by within easy walking distance. This hotel is in the upmarket area so these restaurants are also quite pricey so bring twice the money and half the clothes! The hotel has had a much needed renovation & is looking amazing. Rooms & communal areas are very modern and brand new sunbeds at the pool. Great selection of food at breakfast.

Lovely boutique hotel lovely room nice touch wirh rhe champagne and fruit. Room always kept clean , lovely breakfast too Also recommend the paella it was lovely Great experience here over the Christmas and would definitely go back. Added bonus was the jacuzzi.
