The elevator is a nightmare. We were on the fifth floor so we had to walk to zero floor after waiting for 20 minutes with it stuck in the lobby floor. We went down to see what is wrong but the door was shut which means it should have moved. I took my luggage down the stairs at 4 am since the elevator...
