"We stayed at the property for 3 days. From our room the view was great, a very nice view of the pyramids from a 14th floor. They also have a great view at the roof top. Since the beginning the staff was great, great customer service and very friendly. The owner greeted us and we saw him often. They offer a complimentary breakfast that represents very well the local menu. The area is noisy and not very clean but is part of staying in a real local neighborhood and has many walkable food choices...

"These people are irresponsible liars. I had a confirmed reservation. Upon arrival past midnight in a filthy and dangerous part of Giza, they said that the place was closed for renovation and tried to put me in a filthy hostel instead. I wrote to Hotels.com and explained this and did not even get a reply. My advice is not to book with Hotels.com"

"Top notch hotel with very accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Beautiful bar. We asked for a balcony and got one of the few. My husband was ill and they got a doctor within an hour and meds delivered within another 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend if want to be in Heliopolis and close to airport. It is much less frantic than Cairo."
