"Picked this place for its stunning roof top view of the pyramids, placed in a peaceful area with very hospitable staff. Breakfast was amazing and the staff went above and beyond with the food.
Room was clean, big space, and AC"

"These people are irresponsible liars. I had a confirmed reservation. Upon arrival past midnight in a filthy and dangerous part of Giza, they said that the place was closed for renovation and tried to put me in a filthy hostel instead. I wrote to Hotels.com and explained this and did not even get a reply. My advice is not to book with Hotels.com"
