"We called before booking to see about that seasonal pool being open in March. I was told its open daily, so I booked, just to arrive and the pool be closed. I only booked to room for the pool, so it not being avaliable ruined the stay. Staff said I could speak to the manager the next day, but that was it. They offered nothing to improve our stay. There was also black mold on the ceiling of the room. "

If Expedia proceeds to bill us for this travesty, it will the end of OUR relationship with them. Radisson should be ashamed to be associated. "
