"Best hotel in London I’ve been at. Centrally located right at the top of the City, right near Liverpool Street. Easy connections to West End, Soho, Mayfair, everything. Great bed, fantastic pillows, sheets and towels, very dark with excellent blinds at first rate lighting options, excellent service, nice confortable bathroom, with Rain Shower from the ceiling (would be better with walk-in shower rather than bath, but nitpicking there). Point of improvement would be to make all the buttons less...

There are many restaurants all around, pharmacy and bank across the street and the underground tube is steps away. The restaurant was very nice, we ate breakfast there twice and dinner once. We enjoyed it every time and service was wonderful. Our room was spacious with comfortable bed and pillows. Our bathroom was amazing with a large tub and separate showers. Bath products were divine.
