When we did that, then they said we needed to bring the dirty ones down to exchange. But they couldn't bring to the room. No hair dryer in the room and apparently not anywhere in the hotel. Huge dead bug in corner of room. Each night of our stay, we were treated to endless knocking on walls and doors, loud voices, and on the last night a domestic dispute that probably should have had the police involved. Swimming pool was closed 2 of 3 nights we were there. Pancake machine was not working at least one of the days and the sausage gravy looked like it was the same from the day before. Beds and pillows were decent and we did at least sleep well."
