I stayed three nights here for business purposes and picked the hotel out by how nice the rooms looked, as well as convenience to the nearby courthouse I was working at. There is nothing that I knew about with "garage parking" which is across the street and BEHIND another hotel. I was not told at check in, etc. If I could post photos on here of some things noticed about the hotel, I sure would. Mold around a vent area, last inspection of the elevators done in 2019, and then there comes the fee to park $14 a night. Which I went and spoke with the staff upfront about and told them I was not aware of a garage whenever the parking lot would fill up. I never was told a thing about it. While there, I met another hotel guest as well who works for the FBI and was there for a conference in town. We spoke about the garage (he was unaware as well), spoke about the horrible services, and also spoke about the mirror in the bathroom which has a sign about if we had forgotten something to call and it may be provided or either it may be charged. I asked for towels and washcloths the second night around 7:30 PM and had to go down a little after 10 PM, because no one had been up. There were three employees standing at the front desk just chatting. I had to request for trash bags to empty the cans in the room. Asked for some extra shampoo and soap on the third night of staying and never was provided any. Tried the bar. No pricing, so a big surprise on the costs when no actual bartender.
