The only disappointment was that the hotel was advertised as offering a “full-service spa”, while in fact there was no operational sauna or any other steam room facilities. Only this aspect did not meet our expectations."

"Mjög úrelt hótel með ónýta loftræstingu og mjög mikil reykingarlykt inná herberginu. Myglublettir í loftinu og illa þrifið herbergi. Þjónustulundin ekki sú besta, morgunmaturinn var ekkert spes. Miðað við verðið sem ég borgaði fyrir tvær nætur var þetta mjög lélegt. Eina sem var ágætt var heilsulindin, hún var snyrtilegt og mikið úrval af meðferðum og góð aðstaða. "
