"My family and I stayed for almost a week and over all was pretty nice. Each room should at least have a broom to sweep up all the sand that gets brought into the rooms. But overall the rooms were nice. The pools were kept clean. We did have an issue with one hotel employee telling my father to stop taking pictures of his grandkids at the pool, took that up with management and they handled it quick and professionally. We will definitely book again at this resort in the future. "

"In my honest opinion, my stay at the Sandcastle Resort was nice. When I got there, I seen a long line of customers checking in with only one attendant helping. There were 2 other guys that came out to look around, but they didn't lend a hand to the one receptionist who probably could've used the help. I ended up waiting to check in for 25-30 minutes. I know he wasn't the manager, the manager should have stepped in. Isn't that what customer service is about? However, the receptionist was really nice and patient. I don't remember his name but he's the smaller framed one. The only other things I have to say about my stay there is, there was no curtain in the bathroom for the shower. I don't know if that's normal at this property but any other hotel I've stayed in has shower curtains. Also the floor didn't really look like it was swept that well. I brought my slippers just in case. The kitchen wasn't open so if you needed cutlery or plates you had to get your own from the store. Other than that, I loved the pool and of course we enjoyed the beach. I would definitely stay here again in the future."
