"Charged a $250 amenities fee upon arrival due to booking on a different website other than their own. The door to our room 516 was open when we got there basically because the door is really hard to close and housekeeping doesn't know how to close the door. We had to vacuum our own room since housekeeping doesn't clean the rooms and only brings new towels. The room is very outdated and needs a new pullout couch bed. Best part about this hotel is the location on the ocean and pools. Was definitely way over priced for what it is."
