You'll have the entire cottage to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Detached Guest Suite

Detached guest suite has bedroom and full bath, plenty of closet space ,full view of pool ,45” smart tv with YouTubeTV, WIFI, outdoor kitchen with gas cooktop ,microwave, and full size refrigerator. Separate entrance.

The veranda is attached to the suite . The guest suite is not attached to the main house .There is a gas fireplace and large screen Smart TV .Off street parking .The pool is for guest suite guests only, pool is not secluded but guests are afforded privacy.

Suite is located 20 miles from Kiawah Beach and 20 miles from Folly Beach.

Must be age 21+ to book and to stay. No pets allowed.

Please limit smoking to the covered veranda .

We loved our stay here at Chuck and Jeanne’s beautiful home. Upon opening the front door you are drawn in my the pool and beautiful courtyard! So inviting! We spent our mornings poolside with our coffee and our evenings poolside drinking wine. It was so quiet and relaxing. Our room was great too. Cozy bed and all the amenities you need with some extra special touches too. Chuck and Jeanne are such nice people and we enjoyed visiting with them (though they were not intrusive at all) and were great communicators right from the start. We were about 20 minutes from downtown Charleston and we had no trouble getting an Uber for our evenings out. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful home.

We had a wonderful stay. Room is good sized and very clean! It was too cold to really use the veranda area but it was beautiful!We’d stay here again. Chuck was very friendly and had great suggestions on where to eat.

Couldn’t be better

Hosts were wonderful people! The place was clean, neat, and orderly. Lots of amenities. Outdoor living space as well as inside living space were comfortable and felt like home. Location was great for getting to downtown Charleston as well as other attractions and activities. We highly recommend this property. We will rent here again when we return to Charleston.

Loved it!

My husband stayed here while we visited Charleston for the first time. The neighborhood and the property were lovely. We loved the pool and the outdoor kitchen was perfect for us. The hosts Jeanne and Chuck were great, checked in with us but weren’t intrusive. They recommended an amazing local restaurant and made us feel very welcome.

Perfect little getaway!

The property was located in a wonderful area of Charleston — the location is truly second to none. The home is gorgeous and so clean and we were given so much privacy and freedom to utilize the pool and anything else within the veranda. The hosts were so gracious and so kind and so accommodating. My only regret is that I wish we could have stayed longer because I wasn’t ready to leave!

Wonderful place to stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The owners checked on us after we arrived and thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The location was a short drive to downtown Charleston, and places to shop and dine were nearby also. Will consider staying here again!

Southern hospitality at its best!

Jeanne and chuck were amazing and so welcoming. My husband has severe edema and Jeanne found a wedge to help with this. It was so relaxing that both myself and husband felt comfortable in the pool and sleeping by it! We have already started planning our return trip.
The front door is gorgeous,
Outside eating area was a favorite for my husband,
This area was one of my night time spots!

Sweet little in law suite with pool and outdoor kitchen. Went for our anniversary and was perfect for the 2 of us. Much more private than a hotel, love ot!

Beautiful property with great location

My husband and I loved our stay here. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants, shops, and plantations and a short drive to downtown. We loved the private pool and owners kept it very clean for us during our stay. Would definitely recommend!
