'Athena' is perfect for large groups and families with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 full baths, providing enough room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The private entrance/exit located right off Spring Street ensures parking and proximity are not an issue! As soon as you walk through the front door, you’ll be immersed in the bright open floor plan of the combined living/dining area - the perfect place to share a meal or kick back and watch a movie together on the 65" 4K HDTV. For your convenience, the kitchen comes fully equipped with basic cooking/kitchenware and state-of-the-art appliances. The adjoining dining room includes a dining table with seating for six - with additional seating for 4 at the island counter. The first bedroom is also located on the main level with the living areas - each bedroom is adorned with a Queen-sized bed for your comfort. There is also a full bathroom on the first floor. Very nice layout, well equipped kitchen but could use some better living room seating and more seats on the rooftop deck. Parking is tight but we made it work. ##### Daniel D. It was perfect for our two families. It was a little chilly during our stay so we did not get to enjoy the outdoor spaces such as the great rooftop deck.
