This was a beautiful property and a lovely space. Well equipped and updated in a quiet neighborhood. The property is located directly behind another rental house. Even with close proximity, there’s a lot of privacy. We were visiting USC and this location was not close to campus, but on a game day weekend it was a good option. Would certainly return to this location.

Wonderful, well appointed, restful retreat. We stayed for USC Family weekend and found this to be convenient for getting to and from campus without too much traffic. Would definitely stay again. The outdoor setting is beautiful. Wish we had been around longer to enjoy it

This was such a lovely experience from beginning to end! The house had such wonderful appliances, and very clean, but my most favorite part was the courtyard. It was so peaceful and quiet. We came down for the zoo, and it was only 6 minutes away! Such a perfect location. Great communication with the host as well!
