Little Charlie Hotel

"I loved Little Charlie. It honestly far exceeded my expectations. Extremely clean, cute & efficient little rooms. A nice continental breakfast spread in the morning with fruits, pastries, OK. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. A good little lobby area with a bathroom that i used as a home base for a few hours after checking out."
The Shelburne Sonesta New York

"We booked the Sonesta because the other hotel we were staying at didn’t have availability for the last night we were in town. The best part of our stay was the size of the room. It was large with a separate bedroom and kitchenette. The bathroom was unbelievably tiny though. Also there were no extra pillows or blankets which you would expect from a higher end hotel. The dormen and porters were very helpful and friendly. There were two ladies at the front desk that were pleasant. Other than that the others could use a refresher course in customer service. I’m used to having a front desk attendant explain some of the amenities of the hotel or at least say “enjoy your stay” or “thank you for staying with us”. That didn’t happen. Maybe I’m being unfair by comparing them to the other hotel down the street but I probably wouldn’t stay there again."
