"I was a loyal returned guest to the place. I used to come to Manhattan every year before Covid and always stayed at Club Quarters at Grand central. I m so pleased to see the same qualities and professionalism have been carried on to the staff at the hotel. Some previous services such as the “ happy hour” are no longer there but people working in the hotel have made the place standing out. Special thanks goes to Joycelyn. Terrance, Aran Dawndro, and everyone, they have made my stay more pleasant. The rooftop on the 27 th floor is my favorite part and it adds special value for choosing Club Quarters Grand Central! "
