Fabulous location, friendly staff, huge room. Did decline housekeeping for one day, but didn’t get it for either, not a huge issue but communication maybe? Breakfast had a good choice (apart from this morning when by 945am everything had been cleared apart from cold hardboiled eggs and cheese) Evening ‘canopies’ is a full on meal - over our 3 evenings there were nachos, fajitas, hot dogs, pasta, jacket potatoes and includes 3 alcoholic drinks if you want them. Lovely staff, great stay thank you

Housekeeping forgot to do our room on the second day. Everything else about the hotel was fabulous.

Staff were excellent. Made my stay wonderful. Room clean, restaurant great too. I hope to return soon. Special thanks to the receptionist who was on duty the 30th March in the evening. Room service used too, also excellent service.

Great location and spacious room - very friendly staff made you feel welcome. Right on the Riverwalk too, which was a real bonus. Breakfasts were amazing

This is an excellent hotel, lovely rooms and service is great would highly reccomend

You sleep very well, no noise and good mattresses and sheets.

Lovely hotel in perfect location with an excellent roof top bar. Jennifer and her staff were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back. If you are planning a stay in San Antonio look no further than the Fairmount hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Location was perfect, you walk out the backdoor and you're straight on to the River walk. Riverwalk was beautiful with lots of restaurants and bars, its also immaculate. We walked back late at night and felt totally safe. Rooms were also immaculate and very large with all the amenities you need. I would agree with others re the toilet being small, but we didn't experience water on the floor from the shower. Breakfast was lovely and we managed to get a seat...

Good service breakfast was nice and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Great morning coffee

Excellent location with access to the river walk within the hotel lobby by a sort elevator down, rooms were very spacious and clean. We used the valet parking which was excellent with amazing service from the staff with it being our first time in using valet parking.
