"The view from the hot tub was great. At dusk there was a procession of bats from the eves. I am not always a fannof a conservatory but this one was amazing. We spent virtually all our time there or outside. Kitchen was well equipped. Can't fault it. Was a truly luxurious experience and excellent location."

"The property was ideally situated close to the harbour and all amenities, and proved an excellent base for a 4 night stay. It was very clean and comfortable and our host, Pauline was next door if we needed anything (we didn’t). We used the Coasthopper bus to Brancaster Staithe and walked back (almost 12 miles) - have done the other direction to Blakeney and Cley before but weather was uncertain so took the car.
