Very good accommodation. Great location, rooms were good and staff helpful. Breakfast came in a hamper in your room, very nice touch, plenty of it. Would definitely go back

What stood out immediately was the cheerful and helpful staff. Well done to all - from the guy who checked us in to the one who made breakfast for us. Very comfortable room with good facilities We only stayed for one Sunday night so managed to get a parking space but I doubt that would happen again during the week or in high season. Double yellow lines everywhere so would need to go to a parking lot. Not sure how much that was.

Friendly staff and were attentive at all times. Good food, both evening meal in restaurant and the breakfasts that we had. Clean room. Pool was warm and clean including changing areas. Lovely relaxing stay in lovely location and grounds.

Hotel was great, friendly staff, amazing food. We would definitely stay there again. If they could arrange better weather they would get 11 out of 10!

A lovely warm welcome (home made cookies!) and a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious, beds huge, bathroom accessible, bathroom products divine, and there was lots of storage space. Walking distance to the beach and to The Ship Inn, and easy driving distance to other interesting places to visit: Felbrigg Hall, Holt, Blakeney (seal safari) and Wells Next The Sea all worth a visit. Breakfast was lovely and service excellent.

We love here for that reason this is our second trip. Little bit hilly but that's OK. Food at the restaurant is tasty, however BINGO !! You have to be fan of this entertainment otherwise beautiful place to spend quality time. Next time definitely we're planning to stay longer. Thanks guys !

Quiet location good base to explore North Nofolk coast.Rooms very clean and nicely decorated food very good and staff excellent nothing to much trouble. Would highly recommend

All good

A friendly introduction, room at top of house clean, comfortable and big. In fact was like a suite. Very quiet and I felt safe (single mum with son). Breakfast yummy, plenty of choice and fresh. Owners and staff very friendly, nothing too much trouble. Close to Sheringham centre but far enough away to be peaceful. Nice and close to beach. Plenty of things to do close by.

A three day stay, very satisfied with service, room, food, and would certainly use again.

Really lovely pub with rooms and a restaurant. The staff and locals very friendly, restaurant food very good, and room was comfy with everything we needed. Set in a village with great views if you walk up the road to the cliff top.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Barns and would love to visit again

I was made to feel really welcome from the minute I walked in the door. The meals were excellent and served by cheerful members of staff. For those who like a pint, there was a good selection of cask ales, all well kept. The only draw back were the stairs that were narrow and steep up to the rooms, what is to be expected for a building over two hundred years old. A great position to base yourself for trips around Norfolk, with great transport links to Norwich. I was there in January, but I...

A flying visit, arriving late and leaving early. Welcoming and comfortable, however the overwhelming standout and the reason that I will definitely return is the food - dinner and breakfast were both exceptional.

The room was cosy ,but very cold and damp !!! Staff and service excellent

Great little extras. Lots of choice for breakfast and fab cocktails.!

We were made welcome from the time we checked in and all hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is dog friendly and cleaning staff even took the trouble to put a small plastic map for our dog's bowls in the room. Overall, a lovely stay with excellent breakfasts and excellent meals in both the restaurant and bar. The licensee who was on duty for most of our stay - Steve - was exceptionally helpful and went out of his way to make to make our stay enjoyable.
