"Very nice accommodation, great facilities."

"Gorgeous coastal setting, fab staff, comfortable room with en suite and lush breakfast."

"Nice and clean, well decorated but small. Very noisy road, and very hot throughout our stay. As the inside temperature never dropped below 24 degrees (19th to 24th June), we tried to leave bedroom windows open at night, but only did so for an hour on the first night, as there is so much traffic for most of the night, roaring up and down, so not had a lot of sleep. Took coffee bags with us as no coffee maker, as per previous reviews. Power shower was pretty weak but sufficed. Very small...

"We had a great holiday..two sets of grandparents, daughter and grandchildren. The Farmhouse was just what we wanted. Very well equipped, immaculate and in a good location."

"The house, location and local amenities were excellent. We had no problems with cleanliness as stated in other reviews and the house was very well equipped. Sadly, the wind was high during our stay so we couldn’t use the hot tub but that’s Britain for you! Local bar and restaurant, the White Horse was excellent; the food and service was impeccable and we would highly recommend it. The beach, although cold, was perfect and all in all our short stop to this area of the world for the first time...

"Everything was spot on, clean room, pleasing staff, and the food very good. Would recommend a stay there."

"The property was not that clean. Cobwebs on most curtains and in other areas. Its sleeps 5 people but only enough crockery for 4 and half of the plates had cracks. ( i do have photos). Over all a disappointment."

"Great staff, good food and clean room. Bed was good too so good sleep"

"Great food and very welcoming."

"Lovely stay and such a dog friendly hotel and great location"

"Lovely stay found the mattress and pillows a bit hard for my liking. Everything else was good ."

"The breakfast was fresh and we were served breakfast and at the bar by very cheerful and attentive staff"

"Very country feel, lovely building and grounds"

"Acceptable accommodation for a short break and good location from which to explore North Norfolk. Banged my head on low hanging ceiling lights a dozen times in two days, fortunately no damage done. There is definitely room for improvement but wouldn’t want to complain too much as I think hosts are trying to make the best of a less than perfect situation."
