"Stayed in flamingo room, was clean and comfortable. Spacious room. Did kiosk check in and no wait time, so easy. Love the location on the strip. Pool was packed so we didn’t use it. Starbucks on site. "

"When we arrived in our room, we looked around and noticed the shower did not look like it was cleaned. There was shampoo from the dispenser going down the wall in the shower and the shower floor was dirty. The room was really stuffy and had a dank smell. There was hair on the bed and the bedding looked dirty (stained). We took photographs and went down to the desk to ask to be moved to a different room. She moved us to a different room on two floors up. This room was remarkably cleaner, smelled clean and had fresh sheets/comforter. This room was much better, however we did lose a great view of the Las Vegas stip with the new room. We now had a great view of the parking garage. It was nice of them to move us, and we were glad to have a clean room, but thought staff should have offered a complimentary meal, free parking of waived some fees. They did not."

"I was only here for one night for a Sphere show. But my room was great for the cost I paid. It was spacious and clean, and the hallways were reasonably quiet. Free parking garage connected to the hotel was a huge bonus. The self check-in kiosks were relatively easy to figure out. And it was a quick and easy walk to the Sphere without paying Venetian or Wynn prices."

"The hotel and casino were okay overall, and the room was clean. However, the customer service was very disappointing. The staff at the reception, pool bar, and inside bars were extremely rude and unhelpful whenever I needed assistance. There were very long lines and not enough employees to help guests. Unfortunately, almost every employee I interacted with seemed impatient, unfriendly, and unwilling to help resolve problems."

"The only complaint I have is the check in / out if you do not use a kiosk be prepared to wait . There was 4 groups ahead of me and it was a 35 minute wait Other then that the place was great"
