"The staff is very friendly and helpful. If guests needed help with obtaining missing documents, the staff provided ways to help them obtain what they needed. The hotel was welcoming and provided an environment for guests to interact with one another and build a small community within. This helped with feeling safe and secure. The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff was also very friendly. It is very well located with close proximity to the mall, and the consulate"
