This is a good, transit hotel - rooms are clean, beds are "extra firm", 15 minute walk from the airport and there's an affordable parking program. I stay here when traveling out and in of ELP on a budget.

Rooms are in need of update - no face plates on two outlets in room one lamp was unplugged and I was unable to reach the plug bathroom light was out over the sink staff was very cordial - I know the place is undergoing a renovation but this could have been better

I extend my sincere gratitude to the team for their exceptional assistance when my vehicle would not start; specifically, Marissa, Juan, and Jose provided support that exceeded standard service expectations and made me feel genuinely valued. I admire the entire team for remaining focused, kind, and accommodating despite the recent operational adjustments mandated by upper management. Thank you for providing such outstanding service. This hotel needs a update in the rooms and hallways. Needs to be more modernized and update the furniture in the rooms. The pool is ice cold! No heater in the pool and even the jet streamed mini pool has no heating. The good part however is the breakfast. Is not continental. It has eggs, potatoes, sausages and really good waffle iron to make youre own waffle is my favorite. The gym is very basic and house keeping is not daily so keep that in mind. Overall I give it 3 out 5. The best part is the breakfast, beyond that, is not terrible but it can be more updated

Excellent breakfast complete and with hot breakfast and fresh as well. I love this property cause it's pretty close to airport. However it's falling apart. This time the sink was broken and wifi never worked. Other than that everything it's pretty enjoyable
