Beautiful place, golf in the resort is amazing. Facilities obviously outdated and need maintenance. Staff are friendly and rooms are clean. Restaurant is under maintenance. A great place with lots of potentials but I guess need serious investment to revamp.

The rooms are clean and the staff is very nice and helpful, the place itself is very tired and dated with many things that are broken, missing or not working. The price is steep for a place that needs alot of work but it is in a beautiful and quiet spot with lots to do if you can look past the decor

I can appreciate that at one time, this was a great resort however, it is showing it's age big time. We had no TV and the restaurant was closed due to renovations. Our room was clean but the light in the bathroom wasn't working properly and the shower nozzle dripped while taking a bath. Bedding was very clean and it was just fine for our overnight that we needed to book asap. The staff were very friendly and accommodating however, it wouldn't be my first choice if we were visiting the area again.

The whole property was dirty and run down. Dirt in the carpets and what I believe mouse droppings. No amenities were open including restaurant. Property so bad chose not to stay there at all. Was told property was in partial receivership.

The property is definitely dated, but v clean. Needed a place to stay for a local race which required 3 nights accommodation. Price was right, and then I was also informed at check in that bc the pool wasn’t open, I would be receiving an additional discount. Nice! Staff were wonderful, and provided me a lot of detail about what amenities were on site, AND the restaurant was open until 10pm which was great! Bed was comfy, loved having a balcony overlooking the little pond in front of the property. Parking and room access was easy, and room was well-equipped with a fridge and toiletries. Also the softest towels I’ve ever experienced at a hotel! Would love to come back in the summer with my kiddo to explore the area and facilities further.

We booked a group of 6 people on a weekend trip to Haliburton. When we got to the resort, we were told the restaurant wasn't available that evening since there was an event booked. Very disappointed after a long day of travel. The hotel is pretty run down throughout. It was a quiet place to sleep at least.

the amenities offered were closed with no advanced notice, hotel was rundown, filthy, carpets throughout and in the room (was rippled) & restaurant were filthy , receptionist has torn jeans, Restaurant - carpets were not cleaned in weeks. The staffs are so rude and unfriendly and unprofessional! They even didn’t know when the restaurant will open. We had to go out and have our dinner at The Dockside Patio as the Stone 21 restaurant of Pinestone resort was closed. No body should visit this place. Worst place for a getaway! Don’t recommend at all! Go to Bonnie View Inn and have food at The Dockside Patio. Very friendly and professional staffs and amazing view.
