"What an absolutely charming place with so much character and things to do. Definitely recommend. Even the complimentary breakfast with the option to sit on the deck over looking everything , and that brisk clean morning air and a cup of coffee… Clean , with updated rooms yet maintaining that inn charm . Definitely stay again .. and it’s pet friendly. Lots of green space to walk around. Had a room with a balcony which was huge by the way) which had tables and chairs so it was great to just sit outside. "

"From the very prompt and helpful front desk, check-in to the lovely layout of the villa that we rented to the ease of access to sporting activities, the outdoor pool, excellent service and quality of food at the restaurant overlooking the golf course all attitude, extremely enjoyable vacation- and I don’t golf but it was still great!!"

"This lovely lakefront property exudes old style charm, with clean and comfortable rooms and lots of free activities on site, from tennis to canoeing to cycling to shuffleboard. Private beach and access to Lake Joseph and just a short car ride from Port Carling. Would have loved to try the restaurant, but there were no vegan options. Perhaps that’s something the hotel could consider offering in the future."

"Loved the entire area where this hotel was located. Awesome burger and ice cream place right across the road as well a a mini put. Bowling right on property was convenient. Beautiful riverside view and seating. Loved this place and will definitely return."
