Great location and view with the hotel being on the lake.Breakfast was fantastic. Dinners average in the hotel restaurants. Activities were often fully booked so could not get on them even when booking months in advance. Hotel put $20,000 pending payments on credit card x10 times the cost of the holiday, which took 7 business days to clear off the card.

Welcoming property. Staff were nice and helpful. Drinks and food too expensive. Need activities in the evening as the property is too quiet with not much going on after dinner. Strange 2nd hot tub and pool required a special fee to use. Did not see a person there in 3 days - a waste of an ammenity. Lifeguards should skim the pool as most of the time they just sat there.

The property is lovely. The rooms are spotless and beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. Dinner at the Italian restaurant was delicious. The live entertainment at night was great fun.

We had issues when we first arrived, but the staff were very helpful, and remedied the situation. We found it that a lot of extra expenses should have been included with our stay, like an extra $60 a day to use towels, a $30 fee a day for parking, and an extra charge to use the water inflatables for the kids. Also, for a 5 star hotel, I expect the food to be expense - no problem there, but I also expect the quality to be 5 star. Cottages and Lakes restaurants did not live up to that at all. Beyond those things, you'll find the accommodations lovely, and the staff are wonderful.

Rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was nicely heated so we could enjoy the outdoor pool even while it was snowing. Great weekend away!

We had a wonderful experience. The staff were nice, the swimming pools were clean and the restaurants had delicious meals. The climax of my trip was the experience at the hydrospa.
