"The visit to this hotel was a pleasure from when we booked to when we left"

"Decent size room, friendly staff, and very good location for getting to Southampton port, but there were a few issues. Room was clean for the most part but very dusty and a few mysterious stains on the headboard and chairs. Bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable. Room was very hot - they provide air con but it only stays on for an hour before defaulting back to 25C meaning we had to keep setting it again in the night. The glass door to the bathroom is a bit weird - would not recommend if you are not very comfortable with person you are sharing a room with. Good amount of parking however don’t be lured into the more expensive room rate that includes parking if you stay at the weekend as parking is free then! We picked this hotel in part due to the presence of electric car charging, however all were either in use or broken so sadly we had to charge elsewhere."

"Easy to book online, reasonable prices. Staff welcome, check in easy. Food outlets in hotel available at different times. Good size room, comfortable bed. Parking area ample. Our only negative was our bathroom sink had a few old cracks (objects been dropped), not appealing"

"Very basic room. Bed ok. Room felt like being in a container. No hand towels. Breakfast was not great. No fresh fruit. Had to ask for items as buffet was almost empty. Would not stay again"

"Room Was spacious. Balcony was good but big gaps at each side feel out small dog could’ve got under so had to keep on a lead at all times so not ideal Room was clean but did look tired not the standard I thought Hilton had"

"According to the hotel review, the location of the hotel is nice, and the parking is good, but the cleaning is not satisfactory. The bed sheets were not properly cleaned; there were still traces from previous use. Also, the chair had dust on it; it was not properly cleaned, and it wasn’t vacuumed."
