Vanbrugh House Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Pulling our suitcase to the hotel from the train station was not a problem. We arrived early and were able to store our bags until checkin. If you have mobility issues the stairs are quite steep. The room was lovely with big windows that open for fresh air. Does not have AC but certainly not needed when we were there. Our room had a very nice sitting area. Breakfast excellent. Bus station also very convenient. Enjoyed our stay very much."

"Lovely staff. Clean beds. The bedroom I stayed in was up on the top floor. Up 3 flights of stairs, fortunately I am mobile and can cope with stairs. All good otherwise."

"It's very convenient to have parking spots onsite at the hotel. We parked the car there, walked a few minutes to the bus stop and took the bus right to the Oxford city center. We enjoyed our breakfast there. They have a wide variety of food to choose from. Will certainly stay here again."

"Easy check in. Usual fast food, KFC, Subway, Burger King, Taco Bell and Chopstix on site as per services as well as a Pizza Express restaurant. Hotel Restaurant serving breakfast and evening food. Breakfast very nice with good choice."

"Lovely hotel! The room was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. Would recommend! We paid for late checkout for only £10 extra and stayed until 15:00 which was great."

"It was great, had everything we needed, super clean and the people at the desk were super nice. 30 min walk to oxford or you can take the bus for 5 pounds for a day paas or 2.80 single ride. You catch the bus right outside the hotel."
