"Had a problem getting checked in at 3pm . Did not get checked in until 7pm . This delay was dealt with immediately by Emmet with free breakfast and apology given . This solved the problem to my satisfaction. Emmet was excellent !!!"

Kerry, the receptionist was very helpful, and the staff looked for my t-shirt and found it for me…..left it in the bar!! They rang me to tell me they had found it, but the fact they had searched for it, says a lot about the staff. Thankyou!! "
